Choose a Subscription Package (SLA4)

Before any attempt can be made to start work on the design and implementation of your SLA Management solution it will be necessary to choose an SLA Package subscription level (4).

The subscription level will determine the amount of SLA Management functionality available for use in your Zendesk account and so influence your subscription costs.

The level will be selected by Coherence Design as part of the subscription setup process giving the ability to deploy and install the CloudSET SLA Management extensions.

The level is chosen based on the agreed scope and outline requirements for your SLA Management solution and should there be a need to change your subscription SLA Package subscription level this must be carried out by Coherence Design on your behalf.
