Will the price I am paying change?
Yes, most likely. This is our new pricing structure, if you are currently paying less than this your price will be affected from 11th September 2023.
- Systemset $6 per agent per month
- Formset $8 per agent per month
- Flowset $14 per agent per month
- Performset $15 or $20 per agent per month *
* If you are an existing customer you will benefit from a special Performset price of $15 per agent per month
Why is Cloudset pricing increasing from September 2023?
We are increasing the price of Cloudset apps so we can continue to bring you a quality solution that improves your business processes. Our updated pricing is part of our commitment to ensure the highest standards across all applications and security controls and privacy.
We have recently completed the Systems Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type I compliance certification. The SOC2 compliance is a major milestone for our company and reflects our dedication to providing a secure and reliable platform.
It’s been over three years since we amended prices, which only impacted new customers. Customers with legacy price plans and discounts continued to take advantage of further savings. In order to continue to deliver quality products and solutions, we needed to realign our prices with the value our products provide.
When will the price increase begin?
Your new monthly price will automatically be renewed on your first billing date on or after 11th September 2023, unless you choose to cancel your subscription.
What do I need to do before the price increase?
To take advantage of our exclusive free trial offer for 6 months, sign up before 10th November and use the coupon code "TRIAL6" to enjoy 6 months free of charge. If you prefer not to participate in the free trial, no further action is required, and your new charge will be reflected on your first billing date on or after 11th September 2023.
Will there be any more price increases?
it has been three years since the last price increase, and this was only applied to new customers, we want to provide some comfort to our customers and reassure you w are unlikely to increase prices again in the next 24 months, however, we do regularly conduct prices reviews across all products.
Exclusive Promotional Offer FAQs
How long does the free trial offer last?
You have until 10th November to take advantage of our free offer; once you sign up, you'll get 6 months free of charge. For example, if you sign up on 30th Sept 2023, you can enjoy the product for free until 1st April 2024.
Can I install more than one additional product under the offer?
This offer is limited to one additional Cloudset product, either Flowset or Formset.
I didn't receive a free trial offer, and I'm an existing customer. Why is that?
Our free trial offer is exclusively available for new customers who are interested in trying out Formset or Flowset for the first time. If you are an existing customer and already have both Formset and Flowset products, we regret to inform you that you won't be eligible for the free trial.
The good news is that, as an existing customer of both Formset and Flowset, you are already benefiting from the capabilities they offer. These products are designed to enhance your Zendesk functionality and make your agents' work more efficient and effective.
Does the offer period include the 30 days free of charge as advertised on the Zendesk Marketplace?
Usually, we offer 30 days free of charge as advertised on the Zendesk Marketplace, for a limited time only we are extending this to 6 months for Flowset and Formset. The offer period starts after installation and lasts for 6 months from this date. After this period, regular charges will apply unless you uninstall the application.
If you are on an annual subscription, we will send you an invoice once your trial period of 6 months ends. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel before the trial period expires, please notify us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to contact us before your free trial expires to avoid any charges beyond the trial period.
What support do I get to install and implement the application?
Installing and implementing the application is designed to be user-friendly and straightforward. You can easily install the apps yourself and follow the in-app guidance to set up your product. However, we understand that some customers may require additional help, and our team of implementation staff is always available to assist you.
