Updating Zendesk Sub Domain

Updated Zendesk Sub Domain

After updating the sub domain, to make sure the Cloudset apps continue to work, you'll need to navigate to the configurators so they'll automatically update and start using the new sub domain.

Formset

Within your Zendesk, navigate to the Formset configurator by clicking the Formset app icon on the left hand panel, seen below.

Notes

  • For customers using more than one of the apps above: Due to the way the sub domain is mapped against an account object, you will only need to visit one of the app configuration pages for the automatic update to occur and be useable by all of the apps. The other apps will use the new sub domain from the updated account object.
