End-User and Agent Roles

This section describes how to use the End-User/Agent Roles in the Zendesk Help Center/Guide.

Overview

End-User Roles can be defined in the Systemset app.

To define Roles or to edit existing Roles:

1. Click the Roles button in the toolbar.
2. Click the Roles tab.
