Flowset Release January 2024

We are pleased to announce the following changes included in the release of our Flowset product dated 4 January 2024

Summary of Release

This release includes the ability to add a comment to a parent or child ticket when copying ticket field values.  The Workflow Assistant now supports multiple languages including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Russian, Dutch, Portuguese-Brazilian and English.

Adding comments to Parent or Child tickets

Flowset has been enhanced so that when an advanced workflow model is configured to copy ticket field values from a parent ticket to a child ticket or a child ticket to a parent ticket, a comment can also be added at the same time. 

This allows the update to be highlighted to the agent assigned to the ticket. See Parent and Child Comments for details of how to configure these comments.
