Before any attempt can be made to start work on the design and implementation of your performance measurement solution it will be necessary to choose an SLA Package subscription level (4).
The subscription level will determine the amount of performance measurement functionality available for use in your Zendesk account and so influence your subscription costs.
The level will be selected by Cloudset as part of the subscription setup process giving the ability to deploy and install the Performset extensions.
The level is chosen based on the agreed scope and outline requirements for your performance measurement solution and should there be a need to change your subscription SLA Package subscription level this must be carried out by Cloudset on your behalf.
